SUMMARY (NOTICE AT COLLECTION)

We collect: name, email, phone (if you submit a form); IP address (on pageview and submission); a first-party “visitor_id” cookie; page URL/title, referrer, timestamp, User-Agent, language, screen/viewport, and UTM tags; basic anti-fraud signals (e.g., VPN/proxy/hosting) from IP intelligence services.

Why: to run the site, deliver requested content, prevent fraud and abuse (block bots/VPNs), do basic analytics, and send one-time codes or emails you asked for.

We do NOT sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention: pageview logs and raw IPs kept up to 90 days; lead records kept while needed for business purposes.

WHAT WE COLLECT AND FROM WHERE

You provide it: name, email, phone, and any message when you submit a form or request a download.

Automatic on pageview: IP address, page URL/title, referrer, timestamp, User-Agent, language, screen/viewport, UTM parameters. We set a first-party cookie (“visitor_id”) to recognize returning visits from the same browser.

Vendors that process data for us: ClickFunnels (funnels/forms), Cloudflare Turnstile (CAPTCHA), Zapier (automation/webhooks), Google Sheets/Airtable (storage), email verification (e.g., Bouncer), IP intelligence (e.g., ipinfo/IPQualityScore), and email/SMS providers (e.g., SendGrid/Gmail/Twilio/HubSpot). They process data on our behalf under their terms.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Provide the site, downloads, and customer support.

Security/fraud prevention: detect bots, VPN/proxy/hosting traffic, spam, duplicate/abusive activity; may limit or block non-U.S. traffic.

Basic analytics and funnel improvement (aggregate).

Compliance and legal protection.

COOKIES & SIMILAR TECH

Cookie details. We set a first-party cookie named “visitor_id” to recognize returning visits and prevent abuse. It generally lasts up to 12 months and is reset on return visits. You can clear it in your browser settings.

Cloudflare Turnstile may set its own identifiers to detect bots.

You can clear cookies in your browser; some features may not work as intended without them.

TEXTS AND EMAILS

By requesting a download, code, or updates, you consent to receive that message. Message & data rates may apply. Text STOP to end; HELP for help. We may send one-time verification codes. We do not send autodialed marketing texts without consent.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We share personal information with the service providers listed above to operate the site, deliver messages, verify emails, and run security checks.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the service.

We do not sell personal information.

YOUR CHOICES AND U.S. PRIVACY RIGHTS

Opt out of messages: use unsubscribe links or reply STOP to texts.

U.S. state privacy laws (e.g., CA/VA/CO/CT/UT): you may request access or deletion of personal information by emailing contact@evcodigitaltrucks.com. We will verify your request and respond as required by law.

Do Not Track signals: we do not currently respond to DNT.

Appeal. If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@evcodigitaltrucks.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject. We will respond within the time required by law and explain our reasons. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

Non-discrimination. We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices, or provide a different level or quality of services because you exercised privacy rights.

Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We will require proof of the agent’s authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

CHILDREN

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

INTERNATIONAL

We market to U.S. visitors. If you are in the EEA/UK, please do not use this site. We may implement geo-blocking or challenges for non-U.S. traffic.

SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including CAPTCHA, IP screening, and restricted access to logs). No method is 100% secure.

RETENTION

Pageview logs (including raw IP) are retained up to 90 days unless needed longer for security or legal reasons, then deleted or de-identified.

Lead/contact records are retained while we have an ongoing business need and then deleted or de-identified.

CHANGES

We may update this policy; we will post a new effective date when we do.

Global Privacy Control.

If we ever engage in selling or sharing personal information, we will honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out. At this time we do not sell or share personal information as defined by applicable law.
